Located in the North Mountain neighborhood, Black Bear's large townhouses are adjacent to Powderidge Lift and located on the village walking path.
This quiet neighborhood gives you easy access to the mountain out of the hustle and bustle of the Village.
These four to eight-bedroom properties are comfortable and modern with luxurious amenities and finishes.
The Black Bear complex also features a central pavilion with grills and a gas fire pit to make the most of the beautiful outdoors.
